As teachers get older they gain experience, however they also are exposed to the natural ageing process and it will become more difficult health wise. This is more evident as nowadays workers are expected to work up to 65 years. Apart from this there is now an even greater age gap between students and older tutors. I suggest that as teachers get older they are given lighter teaching loads. It is also not healthy from the students' point of view due to the generation gap.
