I suggest that the tax imposed on the sale and purchase of property is removed in favour of a recurring taxation of owned property. This will remove the need of having government-appointed architects who are helping inflate property market prices artificially. It will also serve as a disincentive to property speculation and make it easier for couples to pirchase their first property. It will also be an incentive to buy and sell unbuilt land rather than building flats and towers all over.
Granted. It's a fair proposal.
jien nemmen li mhux fair li il gvern idahhal taxxa doppja kull darba li timbiegh propjeta. jien xtrajt it tieni dar tijaj biex nipjana ghall futur biex iklli xi haga xi nhalli ghal uliedi. ma kienx bizejjed li is seller hallas it taxxa fuqa izda kelli nhallas it taxxa jien wkoll. jekk ma titnehhiex kolla ghalinqas tithallas taxxa wahda. ax jekk ifettilli mbiegha irrid nerga nhallas.
hawmn min forsi jkollu dar u mhaba cirkustanzi li ma jkollu x control fuqhom jkollu jbiegh. dan kas li gara lili uhu kien kas socjali. pero ghal grazzja t'alla wasalt issa biex nixtri flat bl'gharaq ta gbini hu li batejt hafna biex ikolli ghad depositu. ma rajtx kbir hu ghamilt skond buti. jien nixtieq li tinqata it taxxa tal- boll meta tigi biex tinxtara propjeta wara hafna snin fuq kazi li jkunu genwini. li haddiem jaqla l-hobza ta kuljum biex forsi jkollu xi haga li tkun tappartjeni lilu.
