What if there's an Earthquake, Tsunami, Health Pandemic? We are clearly not prepared to Alert all the country properly. We should introduce 'EAS', Emergency Alert System, an All-Medium system that alerts everyone in the event of a National Emergency. This is done through Pop-Ups on TV (inc a recognisable Alarm), SMS, and Radio Signals. Such systems are already in use in the USA and Japan (inc some European Cities).
I Should add this System can be useful also for Terrorist Attacks (God forbid). This System should also work in hand with another idea I posted, i.e having a National App for Smartphones and Tables, see here: https://forzanazzjonali.yrpri.org/post/11643
