Changing the RECRUITMENT system

Our country needs to develop a more meritocratic and diverse recruitment system which guarantees that the best people are chosen for sensitive leadership positions. The current recruitment process (INTERVIEW) is a complete farce, not ensuring meritocracy and contributing towards bad governance! A more diverse system is needed to ensure that the most knowledgeable and competent people are chosen to leadership positions which would indirectly boost good and effective governance!
