Government should tax people not on what is shown on his FS3 but on what is left as purchasing power after home loans are paid. For example, if someone has a monthly pay of let's say 1200 euros but then 250 euros are paid monthly for his home loan, the person is left with 950 euros to use for everyday life. Governments should tax that person on 950 as income tax and not the 1200 to help people and give an incentive for individuals to purchase their own home.
