Wifi should be made available and free in most public areas, e.g. squares, parks, bus terminals.
I agree with reservation. There should not be wifi in bus terminals as that would be a dis-incentive to the public transport service to improve its efficiency, reasoning that consumers would be occupied and so would not complain on the service. Whilst on this subject, has the PL so lost hope that they will solve the traffic situation that they want now to introduce Wifi on buses because they now a 5 minute trip will take one a whole hour?
