I am a pensioner and since I stopped working one of my hobby is to open my Laptop and browse for educational and developments all around the world and especially in Malta. What I am asking is to help us pensioners in our internet expenses as sometimes we see it as a luxury when it certainly is not

Internet nowadays is a necessity. It makes great sense to subsidise or even make free if possible internet connection for pensioners.
