I suggest that schools should start at different times. Below is one example : Secondary start @ 7:30am Primary start @ 8:45am If this is applied, it would help alleviate traffic during rush hours. At the moment we have students catching their transport @ 6am only to have their lessons start @ 8:30am! They might aswell start @ 7:30am and finish 1 hour earlier. Also, school transport should be free for all students and obligatory to students attending secondary school
