I would like to forward an idea to abolish a social injustice that takes place when people are taxed on inherited property, while people who inherit monies and/or financial investments of the same values of more are completely exempt from inheritance tax. This is very unfair because when people who do not inherit money but inherit property, a financial burned is imposed with he current tax regime.
Because it is more likely that those who inherit some property do not have the liquid cash to pay the tax, especially in those difficult times when the bread winner is the one to die. Better to tax inherited money.
If not abolished such tax should be made payable only after inherited property is sold.
